RNSCO Sweaters Ltd a modern sweater production factory in Bangladesh was established on August of 2005 with a aspiration to be a 100% Export Oriented Sweater industry with a core belief in "quality at all costs". The project site is located in the heart of the port city Chittagong about 45 minutes drive from Chittagong International Airport, making it an all round, centrally convenient location at Industrial area one of the most sought-after commercial blocks of the country. The total floor space of the factory are 32,000 square feet in a unique 1st floor lay-out sitting on a 4 storied building constructed in total area of 2.5 acres of pristine land.

There are 500 hand driven Flat Knitting Machines in the factory in various gauges ranging from 3.5 GG to 7 GG. Beside those 30 units of computerised jaquard knitting machine recently installed for multi guage production. There are 180 Dial Linking machines and full range of finishing machines are available in the factory. . The average daily production capacity is capable at meeting 3500 pcs of Sweaters based in basic & fancy design.

We ensure Button Pull test check for the baby product. We make sure the hazards chemical free product as per international law. We have 100% needle detection for the garments to make sure metal free product. We always use oekotex certified yarn & accessories. We ensure insect free environment for the garments. We control moisture with in acceptable limit. The factory is a smoking free zone.

The factory as well as the company will always remain child labour free. The company stores age certificate, Bio-data and employment contract of all workers. The company not uses any prison, indentured or forced labour. The company employs registered Doctor and trained male/female Nurses for workers' health care & also ensure Baby-Care facilities. The company conducts fire drill at least 1 time per month. The company respects the right to form and join trade unions and bargain collectively. No discrimination based on race, caste, origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union or political affiliation, or age will be allowed in our company. Workers normally works for 48 hours per week with at least one day off for every seven-day period. Voluntary overtime not over than 12 hours per week. The company ensures minimum wages as stated in the minimum wage legislation of Bangladesh. Workers Participatory Committee exists and practices with complete freedom.Compliance is all about the quality of products from the factory which must meet the audits and inspections and to give a proper environment for working. The demand for compliance is growing rapidly in today's business scenario as the buyers from the global markets are insisting on ethically manufactured products. As the export of garment products from Bangladesh has increased, the demand for social compliance has also risen in the Bangladesh Garments Industry.
